How quickly will my product be shipped?
We typically ship orders within 24 hours using FedEx 2nd Day Air. We make every effort to get orders packed carefully and sent out quickly.
Can I return my product for a refund?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds once an order has shipped. That said, we truly want you to have a good experience with us. If there is ever a concern with your order, please reach out and we will do everything we reasonably can to help resolve the issue.
What happens if my product is damaged upon receipt?
We want you to be fully satisfied with your order. If your package arrives damaged, contact us and we will send out a replacement free of charge. We know shipping issues can happen, and we will work with you to make it right.
What happens if my package is lost in transit?
In the rare but inevitable situation that a package is lost during transport, we will send out the same order again free of charge after the shipment has been reviewed and confirmed as lost.
Are your products for research use only?
Yes. All products sold by Abundance Peptides are intended strictly for laboratory research, analytical, or scientific purposes only. They are not for human consumption, and we do not make medical, diagnostic, therapeutic, or treatment claims.
Do you provide Certificates of Authenticity?
Yes. Our goal is to make verification simple and transparent. Qualifying products include batch-level documentation, and vial labels include a QR code that links to certificate information for that lot.
